The McCallisters- A Stratosphere Birthday

Adele loves being a wife and mother.  She breaks out her mixing bowl and cracks an egg, and she hears her girls waking up and giggling in their room and smiles.  Her and husband Mark have decided to stop using any forms of birth control and have as many kids as they're blessed with.  She's actually surprised she isn't pregnant again already.

She goes and wakes up Wyatt for his big day- her first born son is turning 5 today! 

After getting dressed, Kendall works on her homework.  Maybe it comes from having two parents who work in the school system and won't settle for anything less than her best, but Kendall is quite the ambitious little girl! She pulls straight A's in every class and make her parents proud.

When she's done, she calls one of her best friends and next door neighbors, Audrey Washington, and listens to her gripe about how stressed her dad is with the elections comng up.

Ava stresses out over her homework.  She is not the A student her sister is, but works hard for her B's.  She sometimes thinks secretly that she will always grow up in the shadow of her shining star older sister.

Youngest son Erik gives his mom a thrill when he takes a few tentative steps across the kitchen!  With her help of course...

After a relaxing family morning, he family heads over the the town's newest venue, Stratosphere Family Park to celebrate Wyatt's birthday!

The McCallisters enter the underground elevator at Stratosphere and prepare for a long ride- it's 30 stories up to the top of the needle! 

This place is amazing! They can see all of Rosedale from up here!

The girls head to the arcade games, and Mark and Adele let the boys play in the little playroom area while they battle at the fooseball table. 

The McCallisters are having a terrific time, but right when they're about to break out the cake, Wyatt and Erik start fussing, so they decide to do cake at home where they can put the boys to bed right after.

Wyatt perks up a bit when he sees his cake and gets to blow out his candles.

And here is 5 year old Wyatt!  He's turned into an athletic little guy, who loves to have a fun time.
