On this Tuesday afternoon, we find Dominic doing his daily workout at the FireHouse. It's not easy being this beautiful!
Being the oldest in the house, Jacen gets stuck doing the chores sometimes, and cleaning up after some one his less responsible roomies. Although Jacen wouldn't dream of doing Ashley's laundry, because he has "an important system and protocol that needs to be followed to help the cloth keep its color and stay subtle." Yeah, whatever Ashley. He's a bit OCD.
Jacen calls his girlfriend Asiana Morrow, who frankly he's just crazy about, and she jokes that he should let her do his laundry- last time didn't all his clothes shrink? He laughs his low husky laugh, and asks what he would do without her. "I hafta go babe, lunch break over, I'll be over tonight, k? Love you." Asiana hangs up.
As he's hanging up, he hears yelling from the living room. He recognizes the voices as Ashley and his girlfriend Illiana Langerak. Those two never did make much sense, Jacen thinks. Ashley, young and free, and in his 20s, has been dating the widow Illiana Langerak, 45, a successful businesswomen over at Smithfield Corporate, for some time now. Apparently Illiana was too blinded by love to see that Ashley was using her for her money. Looks like its hitting the fan. "Are you crazy? Me, end up with you? I can't believe you were ever stupid enough to think you were anything more than a meal ticket!" Ashley bellows. "Now that I'm moving up in my own right, I don't need you and your ugly, needy, controlling ARSE anymore! Get out!"
He hears Illiana stutter and sob, and then run for the door.
But Ashley catches up with her outside. "This is OVER! What a waste of 6 months of my life! Lose my number and stay out of my life, you old prude."
Jacen's brother Dominic is just getting home from work and sees the end of the fight. After Illiana leaves, Dom approaches him and whistles low. "That was rough, bro. Need a hug?" He jokingly thumps him on the back.
"Pshht hardly. It was necessary. I mean, me and that coot were always a joke, she just liked some candy on her arm, but I caught her going through my phone records. Really? The perks were nice, but it was just time for it to be over." Dominic smirks. "Well, whadya say to drowing your erm, sorrows, with some fun over at the Edge? I've been dying to hit that place. Ashley raises his eyebrows. "It's a Tuesday night, dude..." Dom laughs. "Good, more women for us."
And they head over to the nightclub, the Edge. Unsurprisly, it's a light crowd.
At least they get to chow down on the Edge's legendary hot wings. Those babies would cheer up the Grim Reaper.
Seems like the only women who party on Tuesday nights are the married kind. Although that doesn't seem to stop a "stud" like Dom. Here is his flirting with a disgruntled Justine Keaton. Just wait til Marty shows up Dom...
I believe his pickup line was something like "If you were a book baby, I would read you all night long."
While the single guys party, the coupled-up guys stay in. Aaron Mitchell calls his girlfriend of almost 2 years, Zelda Mae (ironically Illiana's little sister). "You should have seen me pitch tonight baby, and there were scouts all over the place! Sucks you had to work." "I know, I'm sorry I had to miss it hun! At least I'll see you tomorrow..." Zelda rarely ever misses a game of Aaron's unless she had not choice- she is his most faithful supporter and biggest fan. "Tomorrow it is baby." And he hangs up the phone with a gleam in his eye and his hand in his pocket.
Back at the club, Ashley get an unwelcome surprise- looks like someone has followed him here!
Ashley rolls his eyes and walks right up to confront her. Illiana screams that he can kiss that vacation in the Poconos goodbye, and she's longer making the payments on his piece-of-crap car. Ashley yells something about her resembling a llama, and an embarrassed Illiana leaves.
While that drama is occuring, Dom is busying finding another lady to mack on-he settles for the sexy Christian Gale, who's boyfriend Hans Medoza, is apparently in the bathrrom. But looks like Christian is a bit naughty too, and flirts right back with him and gives Dom her number before Hans reappears. At least he ends his night on a high note.
Before they leave, they catch up with their buddy Anthony Willis, there old, now married, roomate. This place isn't Anthony's scene at all- they ask what his wife promised him in exchange for him coming here to dance tonight, and Anthony gives them a knowing look. (That's his wife back there shaking her booty. SHE on the other hand is in her element.) After a friendly chat, the boys head home.
After being up til 2 in the morning, getting up for work is SO much fun. Not.
It's a good thing Dom's co-workers are his best friends, or you'd be hard-pressed to find this guy working a 9 -5. Here is talking to his buddy Ryan Jacobs.
Aaron has the day off today, and does some chores with a little extra pep in his step then usual as he waits for Zelda to arrive.
Dom has made such progress with his daily workouts that his boss Jamie Glenister has noticed, and gives Dom a promotion up to Hose Handler!
Maybe its in the water, because a little while later when Jacen's shift at the Base ends, he's informed that he also has finally gotten his coveted promotion! After a year and a half of no progress Jacen is ready to move up the ranks a little swifter. A least he's not cleaning toilets anymore.
After what feels like forever to Aaron, his love Zelda arrives, and he greats her with a big wet kiss.
After his day as a Production Manager at the studio is over, Ashley heads to Jenner Pool for some relaxation like he does almost everyday, to maintain his "healthy glow." This day however, he nearly breaks his neck when this hottie walks by and he has to go up and talk to her.
Aaron takes Zelda on a romantic date to Cabella's Italiana Bistro.
After dinner he surprises her with a big bouquet of roses - purple, her favorite!
Then he pulls her in close and hopes she doesn't see how nervous he is. "Zelda. I want you to know that you are everything to me, and when I moved here away from all my family to play ball here you have become my family. You are my lover and my best friend and you're everything I'll ever need for the rest of my life." He stammers and blinks away the tears in his eyes.
Over at Jenner Pool, Ashley has been talking to Lucy Hart for a few hours and he two have really hit it off. She doesn't react to him the way most women do, and something about that intrigues him. Frankly she seems more into herself than she is into him. They both have the same goals and the same outlook on life. In fact if Ashley WAS a girl....well, nevermind.
Asiana and Jacen's rousing game of darts is interuptted as Aaron comes busting in the door beaming and panting....
He runs over to Jacen, grabs his shoulders and exclaims, "She said YES!"
